Biography

Katherine has been working with the Thompson research group while an undergraduate student in 2017, she's continuing her work now as a Master's student. She works with oxide semiconductor materials, laser spike annealing, device fabrication and characterization.

Katherine graduated with her BS in MSE from Cornell in May 2018. She is active in student organizations and residential student programs. In her downtime, she enjoys running and podcasts. She hails from Albany, NY.
