Talisi Meyer wins award at Materials Research Society Fall Meeting

Talisi Meyer, Ph.D. student in the Robinson group, has been honored with the Oral Poster Presentation Award at the SF02 Symposium on High Entropy Materials, which is part of the 2024 Materials Research Society Fall Meeting. Her presentation, titled "One-Step Colloidal Synthesis of Thiospinel High-Entropy Sulfide Nanoparticles—Catalysts for Improved Oxygen Evolution Reaction," showcased groundbreaking work in developing advanced catalytic materials for energy applications. This award recognizes her exceptional research contributions and presentation skills and includes a certificate and a $150 prize. 

This recognition highlights Meyer's innovative approach to synthesizing high-entropy materials, emphasizing their potential for addressing critical challenges in sustainable energy technologies.
